School Photography Process

Capturing moments that matter - from first school days to graduations and everything in between!

Book Your Date

Simpy complete a photography booking form to secure your session.

 

Photo Day!

We arrive and photograph according to your custom arranged scedule.

*Each class (Pre-School) are required to provide a teacher or assistant who knows the children by name

and with whom they feel comfortable, to accompany me during the session and help encourage natural smiles and eye contact.

 

Order Forms Delivered

Forms are delivered to the school within ±3-4 days after the photo session.

*The order form contains 3-5 images of each child with their own individual codes. The parents can order their prefered print/digital package and specify the code next to the desired photo size.

 

Distribute & Collect Orders

The school hands out forms to parents. Orders and payments are collected within an agreed apon date.

 

Collection by Optika

We collect all completed order forms and payments directly from the school.

An envelope will be attached to the order form to provide effortless cash payment or proof of EFT.

 

Delivery of Packages

Final photo packages are delivered to the school ±5 days after collection.

 

Add-On Options

- Sibling and/or best friend photos

- Class, group, or staff portraits

 

All Packages Include

Batching, colour correction, cropping, minor retouching, and renumbering. (Photo setup charged separately.)

 

Bonus for Schools

A 10% handling fee is included in the prices for collecting orders and payments. Paid to the school with delivery of printed photographs.

 

**The school also has the option to pre-select a custom photo print package at a once-off fee per child.

The photographs included will be carefully selected at our discretion (1-2 photos per child), and all photo packages will be delivered to the school within 7–10 days after the photo session.
